Migratory shorebird walk to St. Marks NWR and Bald Point State Park with Natasaza Fontaine

Join Natasza for a morning of birding at Bald Point State Park and St. Marks National Wildlife Refuge, two of the best migratory hotspots in the area! We will meet at 8 AM at Bald Point SP and bird there for about 1.5 hours before heading over to St Marks NWR together. There is a $5 fee for both parks, unless you have a pass. Please bring binoculars, a scope if you have one, a camera if you'd like, water, and snacks. If you need to borrow binoculars, let us know and we can lend you a loaner pair for the day. Natasza will be bringing a scope and wipes so people can also safely use it. There have been persistent yellow flies at Bald Point recently, so just be aware.

If anyone is late they can text Natasza at 646-637-8514

Our field trips are currently limited to 10 people. To sign up, please email levy.heather789@gmail.com . Details and meet-up times will be provided once you have registered.

If you have reserved a spot and are unable to attend the outing for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible so others have a chance to attend. Thanks!
